Chocolate Refiners
Refining is the heart of chocolate quality, and the choice here is between two systems. Conti Ball Mills refine continuously, one pass in and finished fineness out, at 400 to 1,000 kg/h: choose them for sustained volume and consistent fineness across long runs. Batch System Ball Mills refine in 500 to 1,000 kg circulation cycles at a lower investment: choose them for smaller volumes, mixed recipes, or a first production line.
Both handle chocolate, compound, cream, and other fat-based products, and both work with the same Alpy preparation mixers and tanks, so upgrading from batch to continuous later means adding equipment, not replacing it.
