If your moulding line will run one product family, shift after shift, you don’t need modularity — you need a line with as little to go wrong as possible and a price that reflects what you’re not paying for.
That is the PIN-DRIVE. Mould transport could not be more direct: pins on the chain engage slots in each mould, so the moulds travel with the chain — positive, mechanical, reliable advancement through every station, with no transfer mechanisms to drift out of adjustment. The layout is a compact straight line that uses floor space efficiently.
What you don’t give up is depositing quality. The PIN-DRIVE runs 6 servo motors and the same proprietary ALPY Cam Profile Depositing Program as our flagship lines, so one-shot deposit accuracy — the spec that controls product weight and give-away — is uncompromised.

72 metres of cooling in a compact line
The cooling tunnel is built as 6 stacked flats of 12 metres each — 72 metres of total cooling length folded into a fraction of the floor space. Long, gentle cooling at line speed is what lets demoulded product come off the exit conveyor with clean release and stable gloss, without slowing the line to wait for it.
