Chocolate Moulding Lines

Match the line to the product you want to make. For solid and one-shot filled products, the PIN-DRIVE is the dedicated, economical line and the MODUFLEX is the modular one for a moving product range. Filled chocolates with true shells need the Elegance® Shell Moulding Line; hollow and 3D figure chocolates need the Spinner Moulding Line.

Alpy Full Automatic Chocolate Moulding Lines are produced with the following mould dimensions: 470 x 200 x 30 mm, 600 x 200 x 30 mm, and 800 x 245 x 30 mm.

Which moulding line do I need — bars, pralines, or hollow figures?
Match the line to the product. For solid and one-shot filled bars, the PIN-DRIVE is the dedicated, economical choice and the MODUFLEX is the modular one for a changing range. For filled chocolates with true deposited shells, you need the Elegance® Shell Moulding Line. For hollow and 3D figures such as Easter eggs and Santas, you need the Spinner Moulding Line.
What is one-shot moulding?
One-shot deposits the shell and the filling at the same time in a single step, instead of moulding a shell, cooling it, filling it, and capping it separately. It is faster and simpler for many filled products. The MODUFLEX and PIN-DRIVE lines are one-shot capable.
What mould sizes do you support?
Alpy full-automatic moulding lines are produced for mould dimensions of 470×200×30 mm, 600×200×30 mm, and 800×245×30 mm. Tell us your products and we will confirm the right format for your range.
