| Model - 300 | 260–300 kg/h | 2 former sets |
Specialty products like dragees and lentils are usually a second or third production line — which means they get whatever floor space is left over. The Alpy Chocolate Forming Line is designed for exactly that reality.
The line is built as a single, self-contained structure: forming drums, conveyor belt, and cleaning drum all housed together, with a built-in condenser group cooling the system from beneath the machine. No external chilled-water infrastructure, no separate cooling plant to budget, plumb, and maintain — the line arrives with its cooling included. The flat, low-profile layout keeps the footprint minimal and suits facilities where height and floor space are both spoken for.
Capacity that grows by module
| Configuration | Capacity |
|---|---|
| 1 former set | 130–150 kg/h |
| 2 former sets | 260–300 kg/h |
Standard forming width is 600 mm. Start with one former set; when the product line earns it, add a second set and double the output — you expand the line you own instead of replacing it. That makes the Forming Line a low-risk way to enter the dragee and shaped-chocolate category: modest initial investment, self-contained installation, and a defined upgrade path.
Where it fits in your plant
The Forming Line takes tempered chocolate — typically from an Alpy Tempering Machine — and runs independently of your moulding lines, so specialty production doesn’t compete with your core products for line time.
