These are the machines that prepare, refine, temper, and store chocolate: preparation mixers, tempering machines, sugar mills, fat melting tanks, storage and service tanks, and heat exchangers. Every one is designed and built at our factory in Istanbul, in food-grade stainless steel.

You can buy any machine individually and slot it into an existing line, or have Alpy engineer the full set into a complete turnkey plant. What does a chocolate tempering machine do?
It brings cocoa butter into its stable crystal form so the finished chocolate has gloss, a clean snap, good shelf life, and resistance to bloom. Alpy tempering machines hold the cycle to a maximum deviation of ±0.2 °C and run from 250 to 1,500 kg/h.
Do I need a sugar mill?
If you start from crystal sugar, yes — a sugar mill grinds it to the fine powder chocolate recipes require. If you buy ready powdered sugar, you can skip it. We will tell you which fits your recipe and volume.
Can I buy these machines individually?
Yes. Every machine can be bought on its own and slotted into an existing line, or engineered together into a complete turnkey plant. If you are unsure which configuration fits your capacity and product mix, our engineers will recommend the right machine, not the biggest one.
