Continuous System Chocolines
The refining department, delivered as one machine.

A Chocoline is Alpy’s answer to a question we hear constantly: “Can you just give us the whole refining stage, working, as a single system?”
Yes. Each Chocoline integrates a Preparation Mixer, a Service Tank, and a Conti Ball Mill with a 200-litre pre-stock tank into one engineered line. Ingredients go in one end; refined chocolate, compound, or cream comes out the other, continuously, at consistent particle fineness. Because the three machines are designed and sized for each other, there are no integration surprises, no mismatched capacities, and one supplier responsible for the whole system working.
The practical benefits are the ones that show up in your operating budget: non-stop throughput, a compact footprint, low maintenance, and low energy consumption for the capacity delivered.

Automation options
Add a loadcell group and powder raw material feeding bunkers to the preparation mixer, and ingredient dosing becomes automated and weighed to specification — repeatable recipes without an operator on a scale.
Chocoline, or separate machines?
If you are building or expanding a refining stage from scratch, the Chocoline is the faster, lower-risk route: matched capacities, single commissioning, one point of accountability. If you already own a working mixer or tankage and only need the refiner, buy the Conti Ball Mill on its own. Either way, start at 500/P-scale and the path to 1000/P is straightforward as your volumes grow.
Tell us your daily production target and we will size the system, including the automation options worth having at your scale.
