MODUFLEX™ Moulding Line

One line, many products: moulding for manufacturers whose catalogue won't sit still.

Specifications

Model Capacity Note
MODUFLEX 15–18 moulds/min One-shot; 9 servo motors, modular stations

Some chocolate businesses make the same bar for twenty years. Most don’t — they add a filled product, then a seasonal item, then something with biscuit, and the question becomes whether the moulding line can follow the product roadmap or hold it hostage.

The MODUFLEX is Alpy’s answer for the second kind of business. It is a modular moulding line: stations can be added or reconfigured as your range evolves, so the line you buy for today’s products is the platform for next year’s. Moulds advance on pins along a precision chain drive, and the whole line can be laid out straight or in a rectangle to fit the floor you actually have.

Built around precision depositing

The standard configuration runs 9 servo motors, with depositing governed by the proprietary ALPY Cam Profile Depositing Program — sensitive, accurate filling in one-shot operation. Servo control is what makes deposit weights repeatable, and repeatable deposit weights are what keep give-away and waste off your cost sheet.

MODUFLEX or PIN-DRIVE?

Both lines run 15–18 moulds per minute with ALPY cam profile depositing. The difference is what you pay for: the PIN-DRIVE is the leaner, lower-investment line for a dedicated product with stable requirements; the MODUFLEX, with its 9 servos and modular stations, is for plants that need one line to cover a moving product range. If your products need true shells rather than one-shot filling, step up to the Chocolate Shell Moulding Line.

Bring us your current product list and your two-year roadmap; we will configure the stations to cover both.
